Only what you write in the contact form: name, work email, company, role, what you want to achieve, and whether you are already on Microsoft 365. Six fields. We do not ask for budget, headcount or phone number.

The site uses no tracking cookies and has no analytics. There is no banner to accept because there is nothing to accept. The typefaces are hosted by us and not by Google, so your IP address does not leave this site to read a page.

The provider hosting the site records IP addresses in technical logs, as any web server does, to run the service and defend it from abuse.

To answer your request and work out together whether there is a project. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

We do not use this data to send you marketing you did not ask for, and we do not pass it to anyone.

The people at Besidera dealing with your request. The message is delivered through a transactional email provider based in the European Union, appointed as a processor.

We are a San Marino company: the data is also processed in the Republic of San Marino, which has its own data protection law aligned with the European model.

Twenty-four months from the last contact, then we delete it. If you become a client in the meantime, the data of the relationship follows the accounting and tax obligations that apply to everyone.

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object, and receive it in a machine readable format. You can withdraw consent whenever you want, and withdrawing does not affect what happened before.
