The licences are there. How do we get people to open them?
Buying Copilot is a half-hour decision. Getting it into Monday morning's work is a craft.
The point
This is where most AI projects stop, and it is the part people talk about least.
It is not a course. It is watching what a department actually does in a week, building the two or three uses that take work off them, and teaching those. Then staying alongside people through the weeks in which it is decided whether something enters the habits or stays a tab opened once and never again.
The hard part is not the training. It is what happens the Tuesday after, when nobody is watching and everyone goes back to working the way they worked before.
What it covers
- Training by role, on the company's real documents: the people who sell do not use Copilot like the people who write quotes
- The two or three uses that take work off a department, built and then taught
- Presence alongside people in the weeks when it is decided whether the habit sticks
- Permissions checked before the rollout starts
- Real use as the measure, instead of a satisfaction survey
How we work
- 01 We watch a real week of work What a department actually does across five days, not what the process says it should do.
- 02 We build the two or three uses that take work away On that department's documents, not on an example built for the demo.
- 03 We teach those By role, on the real files. Not a course about the technology.
- 04 We stay alongside for the first weeks That is where projects get lost, and it is the part almost nobody sells.
Where we have already done it

[ Let's talk ]
Tell us what you want to build.
We take care of the team. You do not need a specification: just tell us what you want to achieve, whether that is a process that should run on its own or an answer someone looks up by hand today, and which environment you work in.
A thirty minute call. If the project is not for us, we'll say so.
